I like it that the receptionists always try to be as helpful as possible, especially when phoning for an appointment. They are all very pleasant and helpful.
I do not like the automated phone system which costs me extra to call the surgery. Prefer to speak to reception immediately, rather than going through various options.

I am looking to 're-do' the automated phone system messages because I agree it can be rather long winded. It may be we try several different options so it is work in progress....please bear with me as it gets tweaked. Additionally, we will be changing to a local number from 1st April 2015. All the members of staff at Wilmslow Health Centre are friendly and helpful.
My doctor treats me in a friendly and professional manner and I am made to feel that my care does matter. I thoroughly recommend the Health Centre to anyone.

The heath center is great, there is no problem in getting an appointment either to see a doctor,, or one of the practice nurses, or physiotherapy dept or any of the many other various things that the clinic provides, All in all wilmslow health center should be a model that other health centers should aspire to be like

I am , unfortunately, an asthma sufferer and have been extremely well looked after by everyone that I have had contact with at this practice. I am currently under the care of Emma , our specialist asthma practice nurse who provides a friendly efficient service .

I have always found the receptionists extremely helpful , either on the phone or when I have visited the surgery.They have a very pleasant manner and always try and help when another appointment is sought.
